ben Brandley MC, LAC is a dedicated counselor with a passion for helping individuals build healthier relationships with themselves and others. ben holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Arizona State University, which is where he also earned a Ph.D. in Communication. 

With a background in both mental health counseling and communication, Ben is committed to guiding clients through life’s challenges and helping them achieve their goals with clarity and confidence. He approaches therapy with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client receives tailored support on their journey to healing.

Throughout his training, ben has worked with a diverse and wide range of individuals, including men, college students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and members of BIPOC communities. He specializes in addressing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship struggles, and career or school stress. Ben’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), ensuring that each client receives the most effective tools for their personal needs.

Ben believes in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and goals. His warm, down-to-earth approach, paired with a professional commitment to clinical excellence, allows clients to feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their therapeutic journey.
