Clinical Director & Founder

Mya is the Founder and Clinical Director of Adams Mental Health, bringing over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Mya founded the practice with the dual purpose of providing accessible, high-quality therapy to clients while also fostering the development of therapists’ skills and professional growth. Specializing in grief, body image, self-acceptance, and working extensively with the LGBTQIA+ community, Mya is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their challenges and achieve lasting personal growth.

Kristina Murray MS, LAC

Therapist

Kristina creates a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering resilience and emotional well-being. As an eclectic therapist, she blends mindfulness-based practices with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She firmly believes that every individual has the strength to overcome life’s challenges with the right tools and support. Her ultimate goal is to guide clients toward lasting change and personal growth.

Camille Rankin is a compassionate counselor with extensive experience in individual and group therapy, specializing in grief, addiction, trauma, and working with LGBTQIA+ individuals. With a background in school counseling and crisis intervention, Camille integrates evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices to empower clients in overcoming obstacles and creating meaningful change. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where clients build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.

Karina Chandler MA, LAMFT

Karina Chandler MA, LAMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist

Karina is an experienced clinician with over 20 years in mental health, specializing in supporting underserved, marginalized, and stigmatized populations. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and is completing her Doctorate in the same field. Karina is committed to social justice and trauma-informed care, using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, and Music Therapy, to address issues such as trauma, addiction, depression, PTSD, and gender dysphoria.

Leah Kurtzer MS, LAC-T

Leah values each client’s unique experience and creates a collaborative, client-centered space for insight and self-discovery. Leah's gentle approach allows clients' to feel truly heard, seen, and respected. With a background in fine arts, Leah incorporates creativity into therapy, using expressive arts to help clients explore their emotions and personal stories. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy from Prescott College and has worked with children, teens, and adults alike.

With a background in both mental health counseling and communication, Ben is committed to guiding clients through life’s challenges and helping them achieve their goals with clarity and confidence. He approaches therapy with empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client receives tailored support on their journey to healing.
Throughout his training, ben has worked with a diverse and wide range of individuals, including men, college students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and members of BIPOC communities.

Trauma Informed Therapist

Morgan specializes in complex trauma, anxiety, and personality disorders. Her expertise includes helping clients navigate childhood abuse and neglect, combat and military sexual trauma, and survivors of narcissistic abuse. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can build resilience and continue their personal growth beyond therapy. Morgan is committed to ethical care and equips her clients with the tools they need for lasting change and self-empowerment.

Tawny L. Bill MA, LAC

Therapist, EMDR Certified

Tawny is an experienced therapist with over a decade of experience helping clients manage mental health challenges like substance use, mood disorders, PTSD, and anxiety. Specializing in emotion regulation and healthy coping strategies, she integrates therapies like CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Tawny holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, is pursuing a Ph.D., and is currently awaiting independent licensure in Arizona. She is dedicated to empowering clients to create lasting change and develop resilience.
