Benjamin (Ben) Erickson MS, LAC earned his Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of Arizona. He is an advocate for empowering young adults, fostering resilience, and guiding clients toward purposeful and authentic living, and he is dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming life’s challenges and finding direction and meaning.
Utilizing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy. Ben tailors his approach to meet the unique needs of each client. His therapeutic work primarily focuses on supporting young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. Whether addressing past experiences, overcoming current obstacles, or striving to create a more purposeful life, Ben provides a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Ben has experience working with young adults and adults facing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. He believes that everyone possesses the innate potential for growth and healing, and he finds it most rewarding when clients recognize their own strength and resilience. His goal is not only to help clients feel better in the present, but also to equip them with enduring tools and insights that last long after therapy concludes.
