Jennifer Clifton MA,, LAMFT

Marriage & Family Therapist - Chandler & Telehealth

Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona. She is committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Jennifer understands that relationships shape so much of who we are—the ones we're in, the ones we've left, and the relationship we have with ourselves. When relationships feel distant or tense, it can leave people feeling lost and unsure how to reconnect. She helps couples and polycules communicate better, rebuild trust, and feel close again. But those same skills—slowing down, listening deeply, understanding patterns—are just as powerful for individuals working through anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges on their own. She supports adults, couples, families, and people in relationships (of all types) as they navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity- but she's amazing as an individual therapist as well!

Jennifer's therapeutic approach is grounded in narrative and trauma-informed frameworks, tailored to each client's unique needs and experiences. She believes that every person carries stories that shape how they understand themselves and the world around them. In therapy, Jennifer collaborates with clients to explore those stories, uncover strengths, and open space for new meanings and possibilities to emerge. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, she helps clients rewrite narratives that no longer serve them and develop deeper insight into their patterns and relationships. Together, they create space for understanding and change.

Jennifer's style is warm, conversational, and deeply respectful of each person's unique experiences. Whether clients come alone or with a partner, whether meeting in person or through secure telehealth sessions, she creates a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel heard and empowered. Her ultimate goal is to guide clients toward greater self-awareness, renewed hope, and lasting positive change in their lives and relationships.
