Throughout her career, Kathleen has worked with a wide range of individuals, including children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and emotional distress. She specializes in creating therapeutic relationships that honor each person's unique story while providing practical, evidence-based support for lasting change. Kathleen integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build concrete tools for growth, resilience, and emotional regulation.
Kathleen believes deeply in the power of cultural humility and the importance of meeting clients where they are. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based, ensuring that clients feel empowered in their healing journey rather than pathologized or misunderstood. She strives to create a space where clients can explore their identities, process their experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change—one small victory at a time.
