William 'Wil' Lehman MS, LAC, NCC is a dedicated therapist and National Certified Counselor whose therapeutic style is warm, structured, and goal-oriented, balancing deep emotional insight with practical strategies for growth.
Wil earned his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and his Bachelor's in Psychology from Arizona State University. In addition, Wil is trained in EMDR with the EMDR Humanitarian Assistance Programs and has completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy through The Gottman Institute, equipping him with specialized tools for trauma processing and relational healing.
He enjoys helping individuals and couples heal while navigating life's challenges with greater resilience and clarity, and has experience working with adolescents, teenagers, adults, and couples facing issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Wil's approach combines client-centered therapy with evidence-based practices, and he tailors each session to meet the unique needs and values of his clients. He also draws on techniques and elements of CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and spiritual integration when appropriate, creating a flexible framework that meets clients where they are.
Outside of the office, Wil has experience as a drummer and holds a lasting passion for music. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and going for nature walks — interests that keep him grounded and bring balance to both his personal and professional life.
